GCEF has started its monthly forum series. The topic of the 1st GCEF Dialogue was human value centered management.
Business and human rights, we have seen these two odd words together often.
What kind of innovative mindset and strategy should be needed to cope with fast changing business environment?
Mr. Byun, Hyung-Joo, Journalist of Chosun Daily Newpaper's monthly magazine, "Economy Plus(http://economyplus.chosun.com)" talked about solutions to trasform human value centered management as corporate competitiveness. Mr. Byun planned and oversaw cover story, "Business, Back to Humanism" of the April edition of Economy Plus.
Forum participants from various sectors, business, labor, human resource and academia shared their views about importance of human value centered management and necessity for paradigm change.
