Angela Joo-Hyun Kang, Founder and Executive President of Global Competitiveness Empowerment Forum (GCEF) was invited as a lecturer by KPC (Korea Productivity Center) under the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy (MOTIE) of the South Korean government for its ESG Knowledge Addition Concert, a ESG management education course, improving ESG strategy and management of South Korean companies.
The topic of her lecture was the corporate social responsibility and the role of corporations in the E, S, G perspectives. Senior executives of large and medium-sized companies such as LG, GS, etc. attended her lecture on November 26, 2021.
In addition, based on her activities as a Senior Advisor to Arabesque S-Ray GmbH, an AI-based global ESG data provider of more than 9,000 global companies around the world, headquartered in Germany and the UK, she introduced Arabesque S-Ray's ESG evaluation system and 'S' area indicators and introduced corporate cases in the areas of E, S, G fields, by emphasizing three dimensions - corporate philanthropy, corporate responsibility, and corporate innovation - for social risk management, stakeholder management, and shared value creation in both domestic and global markets.
