•  Description:

It is now evident that advancing gender equality across all levels of society is key to building forward better. A fair business environment will only be achieved when barriers that women face to access and thrive in the workplace are removed.

Companies that want to prosper and lead with integrity, contributing to sustainable development, are called to address phenomena like discrimination, the gender pay gap, exclusion, bullying, and harassment. These are all examples of integrity flaws that not only hamper the internal environment of a company, but have a detrimental impact on the lives of the overall community and society at large. The distinguished speakers invited for this webinar will tell their stories as business leaders in ASEAN of companies at the forefront of diversity and inclusion, members of women's business associations, and government representatives.
