Ms. Angela Joo-Hyun Kang, Founder and CEO of G-CEF (Global Competitiveness Empowerment Forum) participated as one of co-researchers to design South Korean Human Right Self Assessment Tool and to find foreign and domestic best practices in human rights management, the 2009 research project commissioned by National Human Right Commission of Korea (NHRCK) in 2009.
NHRCK expects the tool will help South Korean corporations to strategize and execute human value centered management in their business policies and practices systematically.
Ms. Kang especially focused on finding best practices of business and human rights of advanced multinational corporations.
Those examples described in each tool index, are helpful to enhance understanding of South Korean corporations regarding complex set of business and human rights indexes.
The tool was structured to help strategies, executions and communications of human value centered management more efficiently and effectively.
